School Visit & Interview
We invite you and your child for a brief school visit. This helps us understand your child's needs and ensure the best fit.
Placement Confirmation
Once all documents are verified and a space is available, we'll confirm placement and provide you with the welcome pack.
Registration & First Day
Complete registration, pay the registration fee, and get ready for your child's exciting first day at Beloved.
Required Documents
Please have the following documents ready when submitting your application. Incomplete applications may cause delays in processing.
- Certified copy of child's birth certificate
- Certified copy of parent/guardian ID
- Most recent school report (if applicable)
- Immunisation record
- Proof of address (not older than 3 months)
- Emergency contact information
